BROWSER COMPATIBILITY
Ensuring Your Hub Looks Great Across Any Device or Operating System
As a SaaS platform, the Hub is securely hosted on the Google Cloud to ensure reliability and ease of access, and has been built and developed to be fully responsive.

The Hub is fully responsive across as many devices, browsers and operating systems as possible, and is continually developed and optimised to work with the latest versions.
As a SaaS solution, the Hub requires no installation or downloading of software, and can be successfully accessed via any browser application with a modern internet connection.

BROWSER & OPERATING SYSTEMS
SUPPORTED BROWSERS:
The Hub supports the latest stable release versions of the below browsers.
(The Hub also supports the most recent previous release version of each of these browsers.)

PLEASE NOTE:
The Hub does not support bleeding-edge versions such as Chrome 'Canary', or older versions of Internet Explorer. Internet Explorer 11, 10 and 9 should still be supported, but our development team are unlikely to fix any reported incompatabilities with these browsers as they are no longer supported by Microsoft.

(ON SAFARI & FIREFOX)
SYSTEM PRE-REQUISITES
In order to use the Hub effectively within your web browser, you must have:
JAVASCRIPT ENABLED

COOKIES ENABLED

Desktop browsers should be running at 1024 x 768 resolution or higher, otherwise the responsive mobile version might be displayed. The Hub is fully responsive and will resize the content to fit the screen space available. You can adjust the default screen width for each Hub Community.
Different browsers will render webpages in different ways, so there are likely to be minor differences in spacing, padding, alignment and sizing of content when viewing your Hub in different browsers (i.e. Chrome and IE).
It is not possible to get identical alignment of all content across all browsers when viewing a single page - this is due to the browsers' differences in rendering the page and not a system setting that can be altered within your Hub.
SCREEN RESOLUTION / SIZING
INTERNET CONNECTION
We recommend a reasonably fast modern internet connection, equivalent to a 4G mobile signal.

Most Hub webpages are only 300-600kb in size, but this will vary depending on the contents on the page, any files or external content added to the page, and the file size of the images being used within your current Hub theme.
PLEASE NOTE:
A legacy or poor quality internet connection could potentially case problems with content loading times and images not rendering properly on your intranet.
