As a Google Cloud hosted intranet, The Hub supplies you with unlimited cloud storage to securely house all your documents, images and videos, enabling you to access the files you need on the go.  The Hub enables you to manage documents more efficiently by setting expiry dates on your files, which automatically notify you in advance when the documents are due for renewal.  Each document has a Views Report detailing who downloaded the file, how many times, and when.

The document management system records a full audit trail of all previous versions, detailing who added the file, when and any notes. Version control enables you to quickly revert a file back to a previous version.  Advanced search functionality makes finding the right document easy, with keywords and tags enabling users to quickly filter their search and find the file they need.

CREATE 'MUST READ' CONTENT

Guarantee employees are reading the important information on your company intranet by taking advantage of Hub 'Must Reads'.  This extremely beneficial HR feature is ideal when launching new policies and procedures on your company intranet, as employees must 'Click to Confirm' they have read the content.  Smart functionality ensures any users that haven't confirmed will receive a daily email reminder that there is Must Read content for their attention.  Must Read admins can run reports tracking who has and hasn't confirmed, and they can export that data or choose to send a direct email to outstanding users.

Apply a tailored message to the top of your Must Read content, and for vital mandatory reading this notification can be made visible across all pages with a link to the Must Read.  Flexible targeting enables you to specify which users the must read applies to, and create different Must Read notices targeted at different groups of users for a single page of content.

The Hub features a Personal Data Report which enables your admins to perform a Subject Access Request and pull all data you hold on an individual user, and end users can run their own Personal Data Report to see what information is held on them.  As a secure employee intranet and data processor, The Hub gives you full control over your user data.

The Hub is the perfect platform for advertising job opportunities and managing incoming applications.  The dedicated Job Vacancies feature allows your HR team to quickly add new vacancies to your intranet, and creates an intelligent workflow that directs incoming applications to the appropriate people and automatically closes applications after a set date.  Promoting vacancies to your employees is easy, with a dedicated homepage container showcasing the latest job opportunities, and automatic email alerts notifying employees of new internal vacancies.

Employees can use Job Search to easily filter vacancies by keyword, job discipline or office location, and they can apply for vacancies directly through the intranet by uploading their CV and covering letter.  Your HR team can then review and manage all incoming applications via the Job Applications feature, making the whole process quick and simple for everyone.

FLEXIBLE USER PERMISSIONS

The Hub gives you complete control over how you manage your user permissions and content access, with the added flexibility of being able to change anything in less than three clicks.  There are over 70 different feature permissions within the system, which enable you to assign users bespoke levels of viewing, editing and management access across every feature on the site. Create and assign different levels of access for individuals or groups of users, plus benefit from being able to assign users individual editing access on a single page or news category, without giving them full page editing access across all content.

We understand not all content on your intranet may be suitable for all users to see, which is why The Hub provides you the flexibility to restrict user access to individual pages, folders or groups. Page-level restrictions allow you to lock content to specific users or offices, giving you total control over who sees what.

DETAILED MANAGEMENT REPORTS

Gain valuable insight into your user activity and content performance using The Hub's suite of over 17 Management Reports. These easily accessible performance analytics give you a detailed understanding of how your employees are using your intranet.  Discover which users are the most/least active, what content they are or aren't engaging with, what comments they are leaving, what content they are searching for, how often they login and more. The Hub also boasts 'View Reports' for individual pages and documents, tracking who has or hasn't viewed the content, when, and how many times.

 

Every report has interactive graphs and data analytics that enable you to easily filter and drill-down into your intranet's performance.  The Hub is perfect for content management, with dedicated 'Expired Content' and 'Expiring Soon' reports that track content that's due for review, allowing you to keep content up-to-date.
