When it comes to onboarding, we provide you with a personal service that enables you to get the most out of your new intranet.

While we deal with technical set-up and branding, your dedicated Account Manager will liaise closely with you to arrange Hub training and consultancy sessions, guiding you through the successful planning of your new intranet project.

 

Technical Set-Up

We Do The Complicated Bits

  • SSL certificate for your Hub encryption

  • configure your Hub's URL 

  • set-up your Hub's database on Google Cloud (with unlimited storage)

  • configure your Hub's Settings

  • add your key stakeholders as Hub users

You send us your logo and brand guidelines, and we'll create a Hub community styled to match your business.

Initial branding includes:

  • Uniquely branded 'Theme'

  • Adding your company logo 

  • Creating a branded colour palette

  • Standard Navigation Bar set-up
